Syncplicity Secure Shared Files

For Syncplicity Enterprise Edition users, Secure Shared Files extends the capabilities of Syncplicity Secure Shared Links by offering enhanced protection for Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and PDF documents. The protection remains in place even after they leave the enterprise network, regardless of where the documents reside.

Recipients of Secure Shared Files get a protected copy of the file. Access to the file is restricted to intended recipients only, and the actions which may be performed on the document are controlled by the sender and the organization's policies. The Syncplicity Secure Shared File feature protects the file so it remains protected even after users download it, copy it, or email it to other people.
