Select Operations > File Tracking. The File Tracking page is displayed. Click Resubmit to the left of the failed transfer you want to restart. After you restart a file transfer, the Resubmit button no longer displays and a new line is added to the File Tracking page showing the progress of the resubmitted transfer. Cancel a transfer If a server-initiated file transfer fails temporarily and is scheduled for a retry, SecureTransport displays a Cancel button in the RESUBMIT column. To cancel the file transfer retry, click Cancel. Acknowledge a PeSIT transfer Among other transfer information, the File Tracking page shows if a PeSIT transfer has been acknowledged or not. Via acknowledgments, SecureTransport signals whether application-level errors were detected. SecureTransport supports two modes: Automatic acknowledgment on success Manual acknowledgment Depending on the acknowledgment method used, SecureTransport indicates a problem either by not sending an acknowledgment or by sending a negative one. A PeSIT transfer can be acknowledged only once. Automatic Acknowledgment on Success is configured per transfer profile; the message text is specified in the Pesit.Transfer.Acknowledge configuration option. In this mode, SecureTransport automatically acknowledges the transfer only if its processing completes successfully. Automatic acknowledgment is not supported for resubmitted transfers. An acknowledgment for a resubmitted transfer can be sent only manually. For inbound PeSIT transfers that have been completed but not acknowledged you can send a positive (ACK) or a negative acknowledgment manually using the dedicated buttons on the FileTracking page. Resubmitted PeSIT transfers cannot be acknowledged.
