Reset your forgotten password

If your email address is configured in your SecureTransport account, you can reset your password from the Sign in page. If not, contact your SecureTransport administrator to reset your password.

Note This functionality does not apply to LDAP or SSO users.
Note Some features and screens depend on server settings and may not be available. For further information, contact your administrator.

To reset your password:

  1. On the ST Web Client Login page, click Forgot your password?
  2. ST Web Client Forgot Your Password screen
  3. Enter the email address configured for your SecureTransport account.
  4. Click Reset password. SecureTransport sends an email with password reset instructions to your email address.
  5. Follow the password reset instructions in the email. If the secret question feature is enabled, you must answer the question before you can reset your password. If you have forgotten the answer to your secret question, contact your system administrator.
