Enable or disable LDAP

Use the following procedure to enable or disable LDAP.

  1. Select LDAP > LDAP Domains.
  2. The LDAP Domains page is displayed.
  3. Click the Edit icon ( Edit) to the right of the LDAP Authentication drop-down list.
  4. In the LDAP Authentication list, select on of the following values:
    • Disabled - SecureTransport does not use LDAP authentication .
    • Optional - SecureTransport uses LDAP authentication with other methods.
    • Mandatory - SecureTransport required LDAP authentication.
  5. For details, see LDAP logins.
  6. Click the Save icon ( Save) to the right of the LDAP Authentication drop-down list.
  7. Restart the TM Server.

You must create one or more domains before SecureTransport can use LDAP to authenticate users.
