System configuration backup file content

When you export the system configuration, Interchange generates a ZIP file with the default name ExportSystem.zip. This ZIP file includes several sub-ZIP files and many XML files. Each XML file contains a part of the exported configuration.

You can restore the backup of one system into another environment, although certain limitations apply. (See Import a backed-up Interchange system configuration.)

The following tables provide an overview of the various XML files you may need to customize prior to performing the import in the destination environment.

Note   The ZIP file content varies based on your product license and on the features that are enabled and configured in your implementation.
