After you create a role that includes Approve CSOS orders privileges, you can assign this role to one or more users who have DEA certificates. These users can view, approve, or reject all orders containing their individual DEA certificates. They can also add/edit the Notes, Quantity Received, and Date Received on their processed orders. Axway does not recommend you give any CSOS user administrator privileges.
