Use your own certificate

InterPlay installation provides a default server certificate. However, it is recommended that you use your company certificate.

Tomcat configuration

To configure Tomcat:

  1. Create a keystore that contains your server certificate with its private key and all the certificate chain: certificate of the issuer, certificate of the issuer of the issuer and so on.
    Use keytool from JDK to create the keystore and import the certificates.
  2. Modify keystoreFile and keystorePass attributes in the HTTPS connector in the server.xml file.

<Connector port="8443" protocol="HTTP/1.1" SSLEnabled="true"

maxThreads="150" scheme="https" secure="true"

clientAuth="false" sslProtocol="TLS"

keystorePass="keystore_password" />
