Name String / 50

Name that identifies the rule. It must be unique in the same library.

Priority Integer

Priority of the rule.

Rules with higher priority in the packet are executed first.

Rule Type String / 30

Rule type:

Packet String / 30

Identifier of the rule packet.

Valid from Date

Start date for the validity period of the rule.

If the current date is before this value, the rule is not executed.

Valid to Date

End date for the validity period of the rule.

If the current date is after this value, the rule is not executed.

Scope String / 11

Activation scope of the rule:

  • Tag - only for Object Types that have the specified tag.
  • Versions - for all Object Types or Collection Types that have the specified name and version.
If Scope=Tag
Tag String / 250 List of tags among the tags that are declared in the global settings.
If Scope=Versions
Collection Type name String / 30 Collection Type name the rule refers to.
From version Integer First Collection Type version to which the rule applies.
To version Integer Last Collection Type version to which the rule applies.
Object Type name String / 30 Object Type name the rule refers to.
From version Integer First Object Type version to which the rule applies.
To version Integer Last Object Type version to which the rule applies.
Path String / 100 Path to the Element the rule refers to.
Libraries String / 200

List of library names that contain execute functions that you want to use in the rule body.

In the rule body, a function from these libraries does not have to be prefixed with the name of the library where it is located if the function can be unambiguously determined.

Datasource String / 30

Name of the importer Datasource that you want to use in the transform rule. The “ds” variable then has the properties of the columns defined in the Datasource.

Body String / 2000

Collection Type Name, Object Type Name, Version and Path fields are used in the Rule editor to validate the Rule and check the usage of business properties in the Rule body.

If they are not Any type, these fields are also used in the runtime to activate the rule depending on the current business entity type.
