Oracle Real Application Clusters support

InterPlay is compatible with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC). If InterPlay is connected to an Oracle RAC and a failure occurs between an Oracle node and InterPlay then InterPlay will try to reconnect to the Oracle server and re-run the transaction.
