Implementation phases

The implementation of the InterPlay solution takes place in the following phases:

  • Installation
  • Design

InterPlay implementation in design and production phases


The System Administrator sets up the configuration, test and production environments. Depending on the selected environment, he can install one or more InterPlay instances and the required components via the Installer.

During this phase:

  • The Business Analyst analyzes the needs, specifies the business process to use to manage the data flows, defines the configuration objects via the Designer, publishes them to the configuration repository and simulates them in a test instance of InterPlay.
  • The Developer:
    • Configures the connectors, implements the technical elements (exits, services and batch processes).
    • Deploys the configuration on the Production environment when it is validated.
