Manage flows

From the Flows menu item you can:

Display Interactions

When you select Interaction from the Flows menu item, a list of Interactions is displayed along with information including:

  • The number of interactions
  • The pagination toolbar with the following information:
    • Go to the first page
    • Go to the previous page
    • Go to the next page
    • Go to the last page
    • Current page number
    • Total number of pages (there are 10 records displayed per page)
Property Description
INTERACTION NAME Interaction name
INTERACTION ID Interaction identifier
START DATE Start date/time of the interaction
END DATE End date/time of the interaction
STATUS

Interaction in progress

Interaction finished

Click Filter to filter the interactions by column or by properties.

Actions like column resizing, reordering, and sorting on multiple columns, are saved as preferences at user level.

From Display Interactions, you can also:

Display the events of an interaction

To display the events of an interaction, select one interaction from the list and click Events.

You are redirected to the Events list where the events corresponding to the selected interaction are displayed.

Note   If you want to display the events from all the interactions, click Events from the Flows menu.

Remove an interaction

To remove an interaction:

  1. Select one or more interactions from the list and click Remove.
  2. Confirm your action.
  3. You are redirected to the Interactions list.
Note   You can also remove all interactions by clicking Remove all.

Display Events

When you open the Flows menu a list of Events is displayed along with information including:

  • The number of events
  • The pagination toolbar with the following information:
    • Go to the first page
    • Go to the previous page
    • Go to the next page
    • Go to the last page
    • Current page number
    • Total number of pages (there are 10 records displayed per page)
  • Switch to detail/list view button
  • The interaction status legend:
    • Red for interactions in progress
    • Green for finished interactions
    • PropertyDescription
      EVENT ID Event identifier
      CREATION DATECreation date/time of the event
      TYPEType of the event
      COMPONENTComponent name
      LISTENER IDIdentifier of the listener that has generated the event
      INTERACTIONInteraction name
      INTERACTION IDInteraction identifier

      PROCESSOR COMPONENTProcessor component name

Click the Filter to filter the events by column or by properties.

From Display Events, you can also:

Switch to detail view

To switch to detal view:

  1. Select one event from the events list.
  2. Click Switch to detail view.

In detail view the grid allows only single selection and displays the following columns:

  • EVENT_ID
  • COMPONENT

On the right side a form is displayed containing the properties from the selected event. Example: CollectionTypeName: ACCDOC, CollectionTypeVersion: 1

Remove an event

  1. Select one or more events in the list and click Remove.
  2. Confirm your action.
  3. You are redirected to the Events list.
Note   You can also remove all events by clicking Remove all.

Display and download reports

  1. In the Events list, click Reports.
    The Reports are displayed in a list along with information including:
    • The number of reports
    • The date/time when the reports were loaded
    • Property Description
      LABEL The name of the report. This is also a hyperlink that starts the report download.
      TYPE

      The type of the report.

      Possible value: DEBUG, STATISTICS, JOURNAL, REJECTS, DEPLOYMENT

  2. You can download the reports by selecting the reports and clicking Download.
