Software prerequisites

Network prerequisites

The following ports and protocols should be enabled on the server and on the network (e.g. firewalls) in order to operate the software:
  • SSH or remote desktop access to the server for installation, administration and troubleshooting.
  • SFTP or SMB remote access to the server for files upload / download for installation and administration.
  • 8080 (or other - configurable) for HTTP access to the application.
  • 1099 (or other - configurable) for JMX remote access (over RMI) for monitoring.

The deployment environment must have access to the sources of data within the production environment

Managed libraries

In order to use the managed libraries feature, the url: should be accessible from Decision Insight.

Client-side prerequisites

  • Your favorite Web Browser
    • Latest version of Google Chrome (official channel)
    • Latest version of Mozilla Firefox (official channel)
    • Latest version of Microsoft Edge
  • Minimum resolution 1280 x 780 (at this resolution full screen is recommended)
