Baseline configuration

Old Baseline end of life

Old Baseline does not support DST. If you use old baseline, you must change to the new one.

Computed Baseline

Keeping in mind that:

  • Inside a Period we should always have an entire number of Typical
  • Typical should be aligned over the hours (to support DST change)

Threshold limitation

From observed Baseline

Thresholds computed from observed baseline doesn't support DST, and may be computed too early (and so have wrong results before late correction) or too lately according to the DST. In normal days, everything is fine.

From computed Baseline

The thresholds computed from a computed baseline also benefit from DST support but could be delayed at fall DST for typical strictly less than 1 hour.
