Symbols and naming conventions

In this document:

  • Communication data fields names use the naming conventions:
Name Description

szDATA

Defines a character string of the char* type that must be terminated by \0

sDATA

Defines a character string of the char* type that must be padded to the required length with:

  • Rightmost spaces for an alphanumeric string
  • Leftmost zeros for a numeric string

nDATA

Defines integer type data

lDATA

Defines long type data

 

  • Diagrams use the following conventions to indicate:

An external call

An exit. The exit name and entry point number appears in the rectangle (for example: EXIEME – 2)
