Enable remote support for the appliance

When you enable remote support for the appliance, the appliance establishes a secure tunnel to Axway Global Support to be used to help troubleshoot complex issues. You must open port 22 outgoing in the firewall.

Note   Enabling remote support requires that you have a support code. If you do not already have this code, contact Axway Global Support.
  1. Connect to the console. See Connect to the console for more information.
  2. The Appliance Console Menu is displayed.
  3. On the Appliance Console Menu, type S, Support Tools.
  4. On the Support Tools menu, type E, Enable Remote Support.
  5. Enter your support code.
